Steven Hirsch, the co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, brought in a handwriting expert to prove Shauna had in fact signed off on the tape — and after meeting with her on Thursday, he says she’s withdrawn the cease and desist letter her lawyer sent Vivid earlier this month.

Hirsch says Shauna’s reason for withdrawing the letter was because a lawsuit could prove “long and expensive.”

Riiiiiiiight. Meaning she has no fucking money whatsoever. And if she keeps on fighting a sextape that she actually wants to put out. Its gonna cost her more in the long run then just having it, hit the shelves so we can watch it anyway. Actually, its called a market ploy. Basically, she never contacted her lawyer it was all one big publicity scam to boost up the sextape. Shes smart isn’t she. Clever this one.
