Stephanie Pratt was officially charged with her DUI today. Why, do you ask? Because shes not famous so there gonna throw the book at this no name, Spencer’s sister, bitch. But 10 days ago she was arrested for a .09 BAL. The legal limit is .08. They’re being tough on her because shes a nobody like me and you. According to Wonderwall:

After she was drinking like a fish, Pratt was pulled over at 3:45 AM on October 18 after leaving Holly Montag’s birthday party. Pratt’s two breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09 — the legal limit is .08 — so she was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.

If convicted, Pratt could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

It must suck not being famous. I mean what fun is that. You cant break any laws, or even have sex with underage girls and not go to jail. Why even be a normal everyday person. It makes no sense. Your goal is to be famous, and thats it. Stephanie didn’t try hard enough, she got pushed to the back of the line, because her brother is the biggest douche ever, and she has no tits.
