The Associated Press reports that the no talent pussy boy, Dwayne Carter (thats his real name) is expected to receive a one-year 8 months jail time after pleading guilty to attempted weapon possession on Thursday. Stand up guy right.

In a New York court, Carter acknowledged carrying a loaded .40 caliber semi-automatic on his tour bus when police, smelling marijuana smoke emanating from the bus, pulled the vehicle over in New York’s Columbus Circle on July 22, 2007.

According to police, Carter threw away a Louis Vuitton bag carrying the gun as an officer approached the vehicle. Carter’s defense attorney, Stacey Richman, initially maintained that the gun was not Carter’s, but the prosecution countered that small amounts of DNA were found on the weapon that tied it to Carter.

Carter will remain free on bail until his February sentencing. Good because that gives him more time to roam around and fuck up some more. Cocaine, weed, and guns on a tour bus.
